<sub>While not a prodigy like her master, Amari Shaw still shows great promise in the mystical arts. With the blood of the Santee tribe of the Dakotas and the voodoo shamans of Louisiana, Amari is quite skilled in the art of weaving charms and incantations ranging from protection to illusions. She is also quite knowledgable and is prone to reading anything she can get her hands on. She can be a bit clumsy at times if not paying attention to her surroundings and is known to be a little too trusting or sympathetic to others. But she has a sharp wit and is excellent at solving problems that come her way. And while she enjoys helping Theo with his work on the streets, she's much more content to mind the shop with Carter and indulge in her studies.
